Payment
Payment is due upon completion of checkout. Wholesale orders may be submitted via the password-protected Wholesale Ordering page located on our company website. For special orders requiring an invoice, your order will ship once payment has been processed and cleared.
Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated based on flat domestic USPS shipping rates. We strive to ship as cost-effectively as possible. Additional shipping charges may be applied for orders with special shipping instructions. Orders are shipped to the shipping address that is provided upon checkout. Orders ship within 3-5 business days of cleared payment. For exceptionally large Wholesale orders standard turnaround time may vary and will be discussed prior to the finalization of your order.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our goal. We use pictures and detailed descriptions to provide you with all the information you need before finalizing your purchase. All patent-pending SnugZees are made to order. Because we pride ourselves on the specialty nature of our product, we are unable and unwilling to re-sell any items that have been removed from the original packaging. In consideration of this, we require that any returns be received by us no later than 30 days after the date it was shipped, and product is returned in "New" condition, for a 100% refund of the purchase price. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
